Deleting Your Account & Data
All users have the ability to request deletion all of their Vampires: Dark Rising account data and associated information at no charge.
How to Delete Your Account & Data
To delete your account and all associated data:
1. Make a written request for a free account deletion by Submitting a Ticket
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in your title
Once your request is submitted please allow up to 7 days for your account to be deleted. This process is manual and may take some time to complete.
No Data Retention
Upon deletion all of your information is wiped from our servers and databases. As we retain no data, this process cannot be undone. Your support agent will inform you when the account deletion process is complete.
Returning to the Rising
If you've had your account deleted and decide you'd like to play Vampires Dark Rising again, we welcome you! However you'll have to re-enter the game as a new player with new credentials.
