How to Delete Your Data 

Should you wish to completely delete all of your Vampires: The Darkside account data stored by Kwaai Software, the process is simple and free.

A. Grace Period Deletion

1. Click on on the Council text link at the top of any screen 

2. Click on the Account tab 

3. Locate the 30 Day Delete, then click on the Free button 

Once you've performed this action, you will have placed a request to have all of your stored account data completely erased from our systems. The process will take 30 days from the date you performed the deletion request. On the 30th day, all of your account data will be deleted and will no longer exist in any of our systems. 

Please note that this is an action that cannot be undone, and once complete your data cannot be retrieved. Should you choose to play the game again after deletion you will have to begin anew. You may contact us any time within the 30 Day period to have your deletion canceled.

B. Immediate Deletion

1.  Contact us by opening a new Ticket Request here at the Support Desk 

2. Include the title "Immediate Account Deletion" 

3. Include in the body (A) your Dark Mark, and (B) the exact email address you opened your account with 

After receiving your request, the the developers will manually delete your account and all of your stored information. 

Please note that you may be required to provide personally identifying details to your support agent in order to verify your identity before this can happen. This requirement is to protect your account from false requests. Once your data is deleted your data cannot be retrieved. Should you choose to play the game again after deletion you will have to begin anew.
