Anarchy Afterword

Greetings to the Rising Community!

We'd like to thank everyone who participated in the recent Anarchy event! We hope you had a fangtastic time and that you're enjoying the new Fusion, Favorites and Gifting features. We'd like to take a moment of your time to touch on a few things!

Anarchy Event Afterword
We have received feedback at the Community Support Desk that the drop rate for Anarchos was lower than expected and did not meet the precedent we set with the Quid Pro Quo area. We also understand that the end-goal was difficult to attain and it's obvious that you played your hardest in effort to reach it.

Because you were so close to the final score, we'll  be giving you all of the Grand Finale awards. Also, as a result of your time and feedback, we'll be giving everyone who participated an extra 500 Anarchos on top of what's listed in the Anarchy event page awards. 

We'll be looking into adjusting the score modifier drop rate and/or the Fusion section for this and all related future events so it feels more balanced.

This was obviously an inaugural run of this event type in VDR. We used existing data from the Rising's sister app, Vampires: The Darkside (who has previously had a very successful Anarchy event), along with your previous team vs team data, to guide us in producing this event for you.

Now that you've completed it we have a much clearer picture of we should be looking at in terms of goal-setting for future Anarchy events and more. We also have a clearer picture of your overall expectations for us. Thanks for your patience with us and we hope you have an even better time during the next one!

Future of Fusion
We're sure you're wondering how Fusion (crafting) will factor into VDR. For now our plans are to utilize it for event related collectables, as we did with the Quid Pro Quo. However the future looks bright for VDR and we may indeed have more things that will come along there in the future! We'll keep you posted.

Community Support
We have a deep appreciation for those of you who utilize our support desk. It's extremely valuable to us to feel in touch with you as a community. We'd like to remind you that we're here and we're always ready to listen. Please take the time to tell us your thoughts. If you hate something, love something, have thoughtful suggestions, opinions, questions or criticisms... please write in and tell us!

The more we hear from you the more we know.

That's because the CSD is an uninterrupted, open line of communication between us and you. If you're not in touch with us about what you like and what you don't... the best we can do is guess. We'd prefer to give you what you want to make the Rising the best it can be.
