Greetings to the Rising!

We hope everyone's having an excellent start to 2025! This new year has been a challenge for us, but we're still working our bats off to get things into shape.

In the meantime, we have a few important items to share with you. Please read on!

⚠ Amazon Appstore Closure

We have just received word that Amazon is discontinuing it's Appstore for Android users.

Starting August 20, 2025, Android users will no longer have access to the Amazon Appstore on their Android device.

As of Feb 20, 2025, Amazon Coins are no longer available for purchase, and Amazon will also be discontinuing their Amazon Coins program on August 20, 2025.

! What This Means For You

This is specific to those who have downloaded the VDR app via the Amazon Appstore.

After August 20, 2025:
• You will no longer have access to the Amazon Appstore
• Your version of VDR will stop receiving updates and will stop functioning correctly
• You will no longer be able to make purchases in game
• Amazon will no longer be able to offer Appstore support on your device

☺How To Fix This

We strongly recommend that you:

• Make sure you know your current VDR login email address and password
• Uninstall VDR from your device
• Visit the Google Playstore
• Search for Vampires Dark Rising
• Install VDR from Google Play
• Sign back into VDR with your same login information

Following these steps will let you pick up right where you left off with no further interruptions. The only difference to you'll see is that you'll no longer have access to Amazon Coins and all of your future purchases will be made through Google Play rather than Amazon.

If you no longer remember your VDR login emails address and password, you're welcome to use our recovery system on the sign-in screen.

✦The Future of Live Events

We're currently working on improving current Live Events and bringing brand new ones to you. However, it's extremely important to us to have feedback from each one of you on the status quo.

This is your opportunity to tell us your thoughts and experiences!

We've put together an Events Satisfaction Survey, where we'd love to hear from you! The survey will cover a range of event topics, and will also leave room for you to offer your personal thoughts.

We hope that you'll take the time to answer the survey with honest opinions, as we'll be using your answers as our guide to understanding how to improve our current events, and what we should be looking to do with those up and coming.

As with our previous survey, completing the entire Events Satisfaction Survey is not required. However, we'll be offering up some free goodies to anyone who does complete the survey in its entirety. Don't miss out on the freebies!

You'll have until March 31st, 2025 to complete the survey, and anyone who qualifies for the free items will receive theirs within 7 days after the expiration.
