Aug 2023 Patch Notes
The following is our Patch Notes to accompany the Phase 2: Prowling, subsequent to our June, 2023 Community Live Open Beta Test, taking us into an official feature launch. These notes contain patch-updates to the Prowling feature, and should be viewed as an accompaniment with specific amendments to our June 2023 Changelog. It includes information over numerous items and powers, updates to existing features, and UI & UX modifications, updates, and fixes.
⚬ Mechanics Update > Noble enemies now cannot be encountered before level [90], changed from [1 - Any ] • Added Rising Health as a new available consumable type during enemy encounters > Rising Health can be purchased at the Crypt
⚬ Items Update > Lift 1 (levels 1 - 44) adds +10 points to original power’s high Stat • Red Blood Upkeeps have been adjusted up to meet the new Lift raises. All upkeep raises continue to use the original formula which dictated the upkeeps prior to stat raises • The new power cap has been raised by 115 points; it is currently set at [500], up from 385 Dev Note: The "Power Cap" is indicative of the highest power stat in the game. We use this cap as a guide for establishing values and rarities to powers & items. We have no intention of letting powers with a 500 feel commonplace. Rather it is reserved for the most prestigious items, available only to those who have put in the most time and effort.

⚬ UI, GUI, & UX Enhancements General > This dimensional/byte reduction may slightly reduce the overall quality of the images depending on your device's screen density and your personal ability to see fine detail Dev Note: It's important to remember that the Rising runs as a website and is not connected to a specific gaming engine. Thus, as with any website, pageload is predominantly determined by the quality of your internet connection. There will surely be times where a slowed connection on your end will result in slower image loading, regardless of its byte size.
Prowling Boss Screen, Consumables Rewards Screens Boss Victory & Path Ended Screens Crypt Consumables • A new option of "Health" now exists containing consumable items • All Health items have been moved to the top of their respective section, now displaying above Rage, Energy, Minion Top Up, etc. Fusion • Text for Red Blood upkeep on powers is now recolored with a light red hue to better stand out amongst the other information • Added text description for power disciplines

⚬ Consumables > Rising Health consumables are purchasable in amounts of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
Health • Instant Health price increased to 4FP (up from 2FP) to match new Health Consumables
