Cheats: Zero Tolerance Policy

Alternate Accounts
If you have been flagged for having more than one account, your alternate accounts will be permanently banned. You will retain your main account and are welcome to continue to play.

If you have a second violation of alternate accounts: all of your accounts, including your main account, will be permanently banned.

Automated Playing
If your account has been flagged for suspicious player activity and confirmed by the developers to violate your Terms of Service agreement, your account will be temporarily suspended. This suspension will continue through communications with you until your case has been resolved.

Your case can be resolved in one of two ways: 

Your Acknowledgement: 
If you acknowledge you have been using automation to play, your account suspension will be overturned in 6 months. After your suspension, you are welcome to continue to play but with the understanding that if your account is flagged again under suspicious activity you will be permanently banned.

Your Denial
If you do not acknowledge you have been using automation to play, your account will be permanently banned.

Acknowledging Automation
If you choose to acknowledge that you have been playing VDR using automation, you will be required to:

1 | Offer written admission of your violation
2 | Provide a direct link to the exact software(s) used
3 | Provide a written description of how you used the software(s) in the game

Once this is complete, the developers will further investigate to validate the information you've provided. If your information can be validated, your account will be returned as described above. If it cannot be validated, it will be treated as a denial.

The developers are active players of their games and, like the community, they take these matters very seriously. They do not accept appeals of any kind.
