Service Interruption — Important Announcement
We will be experiencing significant downtime on September 4, 2021, beginning around 21:30 CT (10:30pm ET). Downtime is estimate to be around 4 - 6 hours.
For clarity, during this timeframe the entirety of our services will be taken temporarily offline and rendered inaccessible. We will absolutely be back!
Why Will The Game Be Offline?
We provide our services to you through servers owned by a 3rd party company. They have announced that they are moving all of their physical hardware to a brand new facility. We understand this is very short notice! Though we had been in contact with them well in advance, they were unable to provide us an exact date for our specific servers to be moved until now.
When Will The Game Return?
We're expecting to be back online Sept 5, 2021 03:30 CT (4:30am ET). Please know in advance that we are relying on estimates given by our server providers and that this time could fluctuate depending on their circumstances.
Should there be any issues during this period which may extend the downtime to longer than anticipated, please keep an eye on our Dark Rising Facebook Page for live updates.
What About Our Live Event?
For those of you in the Rising, your live event is indeed scheduled during this time. We know this is a huge inconvenience so we'll be extending Sanctuary Week 2XP by another 24hrs to help make up for the lost time.
